– All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

– You are responsible for confirming your appointment through the prompts that are sent to you via text and email.

– If you do not confirm, we CANNOT guarantee your session time will be available.

Furthermore, appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours of your session time will incur a $35 fee for the therapist’s time

(Note: for this reason you will be asked for a credit card at time of booking.)
